Advance Orders require a 50% deposit and payment in-full upon delivery. Alternately, you can give Klapholz’s your credit card information and we will charge your card in-full upon delivery. Orders for items directly on the menu must be ordered at least 48 hours in advance (Sunday orders must be placed by Thursday noon; Monday orders must be placed by Friday noon). Custom catering orders must be placed at least one week in advance. We will confirm availability upon bona fide order receipt.
PA Sales Tax is charged at 6% on all orders. Tax-exempt organizations MUST have a Tax Exempt Certificate on file with us at time of order, otherwise we are obligated under law to collect the tax.
Returned Checks will be charged a $35.00 bank fee.
For Payment we accept The Big Four Major Credit Cards—VISA, Master-Card, American Express, & Discover—checks, debit cards using VISA or Master-Card, & cash—NO IOUs. There is a 3% service charge for all credit card charges.
Order Cancellations must be made by 10:00 AM the day before the order delivery date. Custom Catering orders must be cancelled one week in advance. Cancellations due to inclement weather or venue cancellation are totally the responsibility of the Customer. The customer is responsible in-full for the entire charge. The Customer is fully responsible for any and all costs incurred.
Order Changes must be made by 10:00 AM two days before delivery.
Quantities Ordered are the Customer’s responsibility—if you are having 25 guests, order for 25! Klapholz’s always provides ample portions according to normative nutritional and catering standards—main course is 6-ounces/person and salads are 6-ounces/person. We do not use the old 3-people-to-the pound principle.
Guarantee(s) are not implicit in any purchase. Since taste is subjective, and therefore totally relies on personal interpretation, Klapholz’s cannot guarantee customer satisfaction. However, we will strive to satisfy the discerning reasonable palate. Note, we use salt minimally, e.g., we do not add any salt to our homemade chicken soup (salt can always be added at the table, many of our customers request low- or no-sodium dishes). All of our dishes are home-made in the Klapholz Family tradition & style. We trust you will enjoy our cuisine as thousands before have.
