The New-World Cuisine is both a combination of Old-World traditions with modern recipes. We use Alto-Shaam Sealed-Chambered Convection with Steam Ovens and Halo-Heat Slow-Cook with Smoke Ovens to roast, and smoke our meats, poultry, fish, & dishes to perfection.

Klapholz’s Kosher provides the Philadelphia (Philly) area with Catering, Dinners, & Trays for all occasions—Bar & Bat Mizvahs, Bris Milahs, Kiddush Luncheons, trays & meals for the bereaved (Shivah), Milestones, Your Son Became a Doctor Party, as well as special High Holiday Menus for Rosh Hashannah, Yom Kippur, and Passover.
